This building has been destroyed (~1960)
Demolished to make way for new MLC office tower built in the mid 60s. Following an architectural trend in the 20s and 30s of franchising, which was similar to the treatment of buildings such as the T&G towers, this building was all but identical in design to that of the Art Deco MLC building still extant at 38-46 Martin Place, Sydney.
