Notable features

The Victoria Brewery demonstrates a mixture of styles in a render and brick composition on a rustic bluestone base. Queen Anne, castellated Tudor Gothic and Romanesque are all represented. An undulating facade with towers and an arched gateway feature in the clever design. The castellation has a dramatic effect on the skyline. William Pitts early industrial designs demonstrate his versatility and skill.

History

Redeveloped in 2007 into apartments when the mansard roof was reinstated to the old facade.
