Built in the Victorian period in the Neo-Gothic style

Notable features

The building, in the Tudor-Gothic style, is constructed of bluestone with brick quoins and cement dressings. It is arranged about a central four storey tower, flanked successively by three storey and two storey pavilions. Also part of the complex is a two storey face brick building with hipped roof constructed in 1921.
