Built in the Nineties period in the Post-Modern style

Notable features

The development comprises of four buildings: Equus, Mondo, Roma and Fortuna. Each has space, light and individuality as key features underscored by a signature sculpture by Australian Sculptor Peter Corlett to mark the entry of each building. Every building has northerly aspect, heavy concrete construction to minimise noise and individual entries, lifts and services. Much of the building will be in off form finishes with colour added using mineral and metallic oxides. This mix of colour, texture and art will give the building a character reminiscent of earlier 20th century models of residential typologies
