Notable featuresIt was the second example of American C A P Turners flat plate system of reinforced concrete construction to be built and was begun in the same year as Turners Lindeke Warner Building in Minnesota. The building was designed by H R Crawford CE Who held the Australian rights to the Turner system. The structure is of seven storeys, the top two being an addition.
