Notable featuresA complex building featuring a blend of modern and post-modern elements in an effort to be sympathetic to the surrounding streetscape (one of the first to be influenced by the new podium planning policies). Podium base featuring mock neo-classicism and chicagoesque styles is stretched by way of curtain wall massings which are divided into a vertically layered building which is crowned by a set of set-back cornices masking a flat post-modern renaissance styled roof and mock iron lace crown.
