Notable featuresOne of the oldest warehouses surviving in the CBD. The intact dressed bluestone facade to King Street is typical of warehouse architecture of this early period. The utilitarian rear facade is not so intact and is of little architectural merit. The building as a whole forms an interesting group with the neighbouring Blight and Company Store and the Seabrook Building in Lonsdale street and is one of the few survivors of a large number of warehouses that were common in this part of the city. HistoryA three storey bluestone store erected in 1858 for Cleve Brothers. Architect: Leonard Terry
