Notable featuresMelbournes best example of Japanese inspired Brutalist archicture whre off-form concrete emphasizes strure and function. The balustratre treatment and load and support structures are reminiscent of Kenzo Tanges Kagawa Prefectural Offices in Japan 1958. A mixed use building with an office block surmounting the carpark resembling a giant television set. The effect is of a series of floating decks, making a much more interesting carpark form.
