A plain white building with a subtley faceted central bay surmounting a bluestone arched base. A lack of ornament, with some arched windows.
This building has been destroyed (1970)
When the National Bank next door was facaded, this building was lost, as the facade was extended down Collins Street toward the ES&A bank.
