Built in the Edwardian period in the Renaissance Revival style
A double storey palazzo styled building that ftted well with the other buildings on the reserve. It featured quoning, temple styled windows and an arch pediment double column portico standing above twin stairs. An atrium roof provided plenty of natural light.

The building was demolished for the extension of modern government buildings on the reserve.
