Built in the Forties period in the Modern style
Modern style similar to the nearby Agriculture extension, with a sweeping curved facade and on one side featuring an early International style inspired spandrel-finial combination. The side facades featured vertical strip windows allowing large amounts of natural light and an early precursor to curtain wall construction.

This building has been destroyed (1998)
The building was destroyed during restoration work to the Treasury precinct and not deemed worthy of conservation.
