Notable features

Of a similar style to the now demolished Gas and Fuel Towers, 60 Market street featured brown brick construction in typical Internationalist style, with aluminium glazed windows. 60 Market Street is currently being refurbished with no respect to the current style such that it will be a completely new design. The building replaced the earlier Colonial Mutual Assurance building.
