Notable features

A mild manifestation of the American Romanesque style and part of a streetscape of romanesque and an important art noveau buildings from between 1890 and 1910. Classical Italianate treatment varying with each level and deep cornice, balustrade and attic level is noteworthy.

This building has been destroyed (1960~)

The building was demolished to make way for a medium sized 1960s office tower.
