Built in the Nineties period in the Modern style

Notable features

A complex modernist design composed of layers consisting of different shaped winows and projections. Strong horizontal focus is betrayed by juxtaposed vertical elements and a stacking effect. An unusual L-shaped floorplan and inner spaces straddles a corner plaza. The building textures have been designed to create a spectacular reflective effect at night.
