Here's an update from the town near the western border.

"Main Corner Development" is a bold modern statement right next to the heritage city hall precinct.

It is light years better than the ugly 50s blond brick building it replaced and will expose some of the florentine details of the side of the city hall.

Mount Gambier has some pretty impressive projects going on and I think they're pretty damn keen to keep their first provincial status in SA which is being increasingly challenged.
