WOW!!!! That is going to be one hell of a building. Let's face it, that end of Collins needs it. That'll be the first proper supertall office building in years. Anyone know who the architects are?

Again - WOW!! =D>

A great shame that this project will necessitate the demolition of a rather delicious little 1980s office building by one of my favourite architects, Ermin Smrekar.

I guess we can't keep everything. I wonder if facadism is an option for 1980s buildings ? Is the interior of any note ? Thanks once again for the info Built Heritage. There certainly isn't much around about buildings from the 80s.
