I found this development just off St.Kilda Rd in between King St.
294 Aprtments - 29 Storeys.
Seems to be a 'vertical vilage' with roftop gardens, bbq, spa's etc.

Nice looking IMO, subtle design in keeping with local vistas.
Better than at38 if you ask me.

Anyone got any more details about these projects?

I drove past yesterday. 5O Albert is virtually finished, and does look good!
The problem is to the right of the image as you look at it, is another high rise, 38 Albert, a stunning looking building, that will block all the views of those apartments facing North towards the city completely.
Means only front units will keep their views, and the others will have a rear of a building just metres away. (similar to the building on the left as you look at it)

Bad planning by 50 Albert I would say?
