There are pics over at skyscrapercity.

(Sorry I would have posted here but it says that the image was too wide and I have no idea how to change the size.)

There are various ways this can be achieved but I like the program 'Shrink Pic' (http://www.onthegosoft.com/shrink_pic.htm) because it's small and easy to use.

A rather hollow looking facade and menacing crane ...

looks bad, but from behind clearly they have taken only the rear 2m or so off - but now have also taken the roof off, making the top look like only a facade, while at the bottom, having looked closely at the plans - or was it the video ? the ground level entry is to be a high void space, so the windows above the arch at first floor will have no floor behind them - yukky. Though perhaps they will be mirrored or black glass so you wont be able to tell. This affects the presentation of the exterior, so dont see why HV agreed, except for the silly proviso on their listing saying 'interior not covered' which they have interpreted to mean 'only exterior walls listed', but let the rear wall go anyway - doesnt leave much !

I think I may take my comments back - from images on skyscrapercity.com looks like they did indeed demolish almost all of the building except the facade, but not until the basement was built - and then it was hidden from behind by the crane. The last HV permit I saw didnt allow that - they must've got another one.
