Hi there

I'm researching the Brunswick Velodrome at Harrison Street in Brunswick and would appreciate any insight into its construction (builder/architect?), etc? The site history prior to its construction in 1956?

My understanding is that it was constructed as a training facility for the 56' olympics. It was relayed with concrete in the 70s. It is well maintained by Brunswick Cycling Club to this day, and it open 24/7 free of charge.

Thanks!
