I assume it is in Melbourne going by the Victorian number plates, but I don't think that I've come
across this building before, a guess would put it in St Kilda somewhere but do you at least know the
suburb it's located in?

Many years ago I looked at buying a one bedroom apartment in this building. The building had plenty of character but the location wasn't great, living on Queens Road is pretty much like living on a freeway ...

While the parallel St Kilda Road carries a lot of car traffic and trams, they don't overpower the street like cars do in Queens Road. It is a horrible road to walk along and while I use it all the time for commuting, when I see people walking along it, often tourists, I want to tell them, walk along St Kilda Road. It is much nicer. I refer to Kingsway and Queens Road as Sukhumvit Road. Anyone with a knowledge of Bangkok will get that.
